    Nylon chips or Polyamide chips are the main raw material which are used in textiles as well as Engineering Plastic Industries. Few of the global manufacturers of nylon chips are India, China, and Taiwan. Nylon chips are mainly of two types: Nylon 6 Chips and Nylon 66 Chips. Nylon 6 Chips: Nylon 6 chips are manufactured through the process of hydrolytic polymerization of caprolactam in the presence of dicarboxylic acids. These types of chips are mainly used for making fibers which are tough and have high tensile strength as well as elasticity. The end products made from nylon 6 are wrinkle-proof in nature and are highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals.     PA6 with 30% glass (pa6 gf30) Features: PA6 is a large amount of nylon engineering plastics, many grades and widely used products, mainly its comprehensive performance and cost-effective, and easy to improve the product performance, such as improving water absorption, improve its dimensional stability and mechanical properties. PA6 main modified varieties and uses are as follows: PA66 usually uses glass fiber, inorganic whisker, carbon fiber, aramid, etc. to improve the performance of PA6 products, enhance its strength and rigidity, reduce the poor water absorption of its mechanical properties, so that the period can be used for automotive parts.   If the addition of 30% glass fiber in PA6, its mechanical properties, dimensional stability, heat resistance, anti-aging performance was significantly improved.   Fatigue resistance is not enhanced 2.5 times, glass fiber after the use of temperature up to 180 and the shrinkage is reduced to 0.3%; but the shrinkage in the direction perpendicular to the process is higher because the glass fibers are oriented in the flow direction during the injection process, causing the mechanical properties and shrinkage to increase in the orientation direction Nylon alloying is an important way to achieve high performance PA6, but also the production of nylon special materials, improve the performance of the main means of nylon.
